How do you choose from the many types of sprinkler systems available?

Most sprinkler systems are easy to install without prior reconstruction of the garden. However, underground irrigation systems like the pop up sprinklers have a more difficult installation process as they require digging and groundwork.

Normal stationary sprinklers are similar to showerheads which spray a stream of water in a fixed pattern. While these sprinkler heads are not the most water efficient, it is designed to operate at low water pressures to reduce the amount of water consumption.
